What is the age range for the Bubble Shows?
Everyone from 3 to 103 loves bubbles and is perfect for your gathering for all ages.
What is the age range for the Children’s shows?
Ages 3–9.
Are the shows indoor or outdoor?
Either/or! We can plan an entertaining and fun show to fit your venue.
Are you only available in Austin, Texas?
No, our entertainers will travel up to 2000 miles.
Do you offer any other party services?
Yes! If you can think of it, chances are Alluring Bubble Adventures can provide it. Give us a call or send an email with your plans and we’ll customize a party package that’s perfect for you!
How customizable are your shows & parties?
Completely! We have well over a dozen themes available and the ability to add as many characters as you want. Just tell us what you want and we’ll make it happen.
What supplies do I have to provide?
None! All you need is the place and time, we provide the rest. For the Bubble Shows we only require access to an electrical outlet and we provide the equipment, lighting, music, game content, prizes and everything else!
Do you require a deposit?
A $100 deposit is required to reserve a date and time for the show.
The deposit is non-refundable, but it will be applied toward the total payment.
The remaining balance must be paid before or immediately after the show.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 7 full days before the event, you will receive a refund excluding the deposit.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, the payment is non-refundable.
Your event is officially confirmed only after written confirmation from both parties.
What happens if the event is rained out?
If the weather is not cooperative, the client is responsible for providing an indoor space as an alternative location. If an indoor option is not available, we can reschedule the event to a later date that works for both parties.
The $100 deposit remains non-refundable but will be applied to the rescheduled event.
What happens if more children show up than originally planned?
There is a $100 fee for up to 10 additional children.
How long in advance do I have to schedule and make the deposit?
As soon as possible! Dates fill up quickly, so early booking is recommended.
